New WIP.....or Is It?

Since Connie Hindmarsh encouraged me to work with mohair I have been having a blast creating my little mice....but now I decided to try a hand at an elephant. Meet my "Peanuts" the petite pachyderm!
I'm beginning to think that small is more fun and adorable.....besides they can find more places to call home!
I'm totally in the "Halloween" frame of mind so it seems that everything that comes out of the "Soft in the Head" room of chaos (workroom) will have a Halloween spin to it. Gotta love orange and black! This year I think I will be working the color of deep purple into some of my Halloween characters....purple is a fun color and needs to find its place in all the important dates of creating...don't ya think? Okay this Ol' Softee is off to play in her "room of chaos" once again....Ghoultide is just around the corner and I have yet to stock up anything.....uh oh! Better get my rather large backside in motion!

OMGOSH...He is adorable!!! I'm working on an elephant for a new baby boy but mine will be cotton..he can chew on it..hehe. I would love to try my hand at making one using mohair. You always give so much inspiration.

It's funny that you day something about making things smaller. I have been pondering over that issue myself.

Have an awesome Tuesday and enjoy your play time today.

Hugs,
Regi

Pam, I absolutely love this elephant! This is going to add a whole new line to your creative work! I have been out of the loop, where can I see the mice you have been working on? You are an inspiration to all of us. Always try to learn something new!

Peanuts is absolutely wonderfully....like the new side of you. Great job - mohair is so challenging for me....still have a panda bear in the work from several (ahhh...yeah...ok....I'll admit it...) YEARS ago....Hands ain't what they used to be! Play on! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
