This month we here at the "House of Soft" felt like we needed to get a bit patriotic! With Memorial Day just passing and the 4th of July coming it just seemed like it was time! This month we have two mice and one cat.....hmmm hope they get along!"Little Betsy" is a sweet little lady who likes to sew. She is attached to the top of a pin-cushion that is placed inside a vintage silver plated dessert dish! To make Little Betsy even more in
the spirit of the season she has three "firecracker" pins in the pin-keep!Next we have "Patriotic Pete" a cat of distinguished qualities. His job is to ring the bell of FREEDOM so we all never forget! You will find Ol' Pete in the town square everyday reminding us all with the sound of his bell!
Last but hardly least is "Twinkles" the happiest little mouse around. He is enjoying
all the holidays with such glee! He has found a vintage patriotic coffee mug to frolic in and frolic is exactly what he is doing. I love making these little mohair mice, they always have such character! Twinkles has pos-able arms and legs and can be removed from the mug. His tail is holding a sparkler, hope it doesn't burn his tail!

These three new additions are terrific, Pam and perfect for the celebrating our independence. Although Miss Betsy is my favorite of the three, Twinkles is a delight. As I've said before, I love your mice. Have a great weekend.
