"Prims"...In Good Company

"Soft in the Head" has been fortunate to have been published many times in this wonderful magazine devoted to those that love and create "Prims".  The simplicity of primitive art sometimes gets lost in all the imaginative and creative clay sculptures out there.  This next issue is a grand one indeed with a salute to the upcoming holidays, Halloween and Christmas.  I'm especially excited to once again, being published! What's even better is that I'm in there with some of my dearest friends like Colleen Moody, Nancy Malay, and Melissa Valeriote, and many more.

This month is also special to me cause it features one of my favorite characters "Sneaky Pete" the raven.  This ol' guy is near and dear to my heart as he was my first attempt to branch out into more expressive faces, he just makes me laugh!  I've always loved ravens and their intelligence and quirkiness and I think "Sneaky Pete" sums all that up quite well.  I hope the "prim" lovers will pick up a copy of this magazine, due out at the end of month, it's definitely eye candy and fun!

Pam ~ the smile on this guy's face reminds me of a little old man that used to play the banjo on a street where I grew up in CT...what a character...how very talented you are to capture such an expression! can't wait to see you & your works at GG in Oct ~
Blessed be!
