I'm picking up my bestest buddy today and we are goin' on a road trip. She is originally from the New England/ New York area and comes out annually to visit family. Funny thing though...when we met 45 years ago she was living on my turf, the Northwest, now I live out here on her turf, the east coast and she remained in the Northwest. It was much easier when I lived in Vermont to do the traveling thing cause everyone was closer and we could catch a Red Sox game in Boston... but she does have family here in Virginia so we will be seeing them before our trek North. I am so excited cause we will be stopping over in Newburgh, New York to visit with my buddies Sharon Mitchell and her daughter Karissa. I miss them so much.....This will be an adventure and I am really looking forward to it. I can't wait to see Vermont again and visit old friends in Manchester, West Pawlett, Poultney, and Rutland. My bags are packed and I am ready to go....but my laptop is coming with me, lol!

Road Trip....Going North!
Stopping In New York and Then On To Vermont!
