The Holiday issue of Better Homes and Gardens is hitting the stands August 5th or sooner. I actually will be having 3 new patterns (some changed a bit from some older ones) going into the magazine this year. I had to re-vamp a couple of older
designs cause the editor really wanted them....and who am I to deny the editor, lol! Mice are still the rage and I have a couple in their magazine. My Christmas mouse was designed for the editor using her ideas. 
She loved the fact that I did it. I think it was "wishful thinking" when she asked me what I thought of doing a mouse with a candle and wearing a night hat! I think this guy turned out great...let's see if my arm is long enough to pat myself on the back? You can get all these patterns for free in the "Better Homes and Gardens Holiday Craft Issue". This is a wonderful group of folks to work for. I also want to thank Sharon Mitchell of "Homespun Heart Primitives" for the candle the little mouse is carrying. She made it for me and you can get then through her blog: HomespunHeart Primitives.blogspot.com I would also like to thank Fran Banas of Clothdoll Supply for her rusty wire, jar lids, safety pins and muslin. I have been a member of Fran's wonderful site for years with my patterns and she has a great place for all your sewing needs and supplies....and a great variety of patterns from some fantastic designers! I hope you all will enjoy the new "Soft in the Head" patterns from Better Homes and Gardens!

Congratulations Pam on being in the Better Homes and Garden holiday issue. The patterns you made for it are all so very sweet... the candy corn mouse is a hoot. I guess I need to be on the look out for this issue. :)

I just returned from Walmart, where I was able to purchase the BHG Holiday magazine containing your three patterns. I have ripped out the picture, instructions and patterns, and am ready to create! Thank you!!

What a bargain: 3 Soft in the Head patterns for the price of 1! I can easily understand why BHG wanted your patterns. I'm a completely new customer to them. Your designs are the only reason I bought last year's and this year's issues.
OOOOH those are the CUTIST things...You just amaze me...Now I HOPE I can find one issue for me!!!
