There comes a time when we all have to take a step back and evaluate....well I took three steps back, okay maybe more than that and realized I need to go see my mom. Her life is changing in a way that will be new and even a bit scary so it is good to have those that care for her around at this time. My mother has been making great strides, health wise, and I think will embrace this new venture with anticipation. So here goes me, I am off to the great Northwest for the next six weeks. I am leaving a very unhappy husband and three severely spoiled cats behind and A TON OF ORDERS!!!! To all of you that have been so understanding and gracious to wait on your "Softee" characters I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! I definitely need to make this trip and I will, unfortunately be taking work with me. I will continue to add some new characters to my monthly obligations of TDIPT on the first of the month, PFATT Marketplace on the 10th of the month and Simply Primitives on the 15th. As far as pattern orders, BRING 'EM ON! Hubby, definitely my better half, will continue to provide all you pattern lovers out there with your pattern orders in a timely fashion....not to worry! I am hoping to meet a few of my internet friends from Oregon and Washington while I'm out there. Some of them I have known for years through our artistic journey here in cyber-land. It will be great to finally say "howdy" in person. I will continue to post on my blog just not as often. If ANYONE has any questions please email me at: softinthehead@gmail.com and I will get right back to you....I can't sever my internet ties that easily, oh my no! One of the things I plan on doing though is to read....I miss reading more than anything. I am taking six books with me with the anticipation of finishing all of them. My family knows that reading is truly a passion of mine and nowadays a luxury....God Bless Books on Tape and Cd's!!!!! Soooo this old, very fat Softee is heading out, but never signing off!
