As many of you know I have been doing "soft sculpture" for a very long time. One of my very favorite designers of "primitive" characters has been "Sharon Stevens" of "Mustard Seed Originals". Well, much to my surprise and delight she had my name in our "Ornie" swap on TDIPT! I received this FANTASTIC package yesterday. It seems that Santa here decided to go and pay a visit to the historic plantation across the street before coming to take up residence at my home and it took awhile before the package ended up at my door.....It was well worth the wait! I am in awe over this guy. I lost most of my vintage and primitive santas in a flood a few years back, so to have this guy just made me tear up and hug him even tighter. Thank you Sharon "I LOVE HIM"! You will also see I received an adorable pin-keep which I actually have an antique quilt with some of the same patterns of fabric, a wonderful wool penny rug, loads of chocolate wrapped in a festive cotton dish towel, some wonderful dip, a snowman garland and a beautiful card. You made my Christmas bright and happy and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I HAVE A MUSTARD SEED ORIGINAL....YIPPPPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!

You are SO welcome, my friend. If you recall, you commented about how much you liked this design and how it made you laugh. I saved it just for you, cuz I knew it touched your heart. Glad you are happy with everything and I hope you have a Merry Christmas..maybe someday I'll be fortunate enough to get one of your wonderful designs as well.
