| "Mr. Midnight" Pattern ©2004 |
Back in 2004 I designed this spooky guy "Mr. Midnight". The reception of him, at that time, was anything but warm, I sold very few until this year! This guy has taken off! I'm selling 5-6 of this pattern a week! The surge of the sales makes me wonder if maybe he was just created to early and NOW it's his time....he is becoming soooooo popular! I loved this guy when I made him back 2004 and now I'm even considering making a finished "Mr. Midnight" for "Ghoultide" because of his current popularity!
One just never knows how the world will respond to your art! Just create and be original and like "Mr. Midnight" there will come a time that your creativity will just soar!

LOL! Thanks Wendy....He is REALLY big and the pattern is 5 large pages of pieces. I've been told he makes an incredible door piece especially if you add a sickle like the "Grim Reaper".
I think he is cute and fun, guess people's likes change from one year to the next.
